As a Design Engineer, I leverage my technical background to engineer precise, optimized solar layouts across all major solar design platforms. I am modeling shading analysis, maximizing roof capacity, or configuring electrical specifications. I ensure our systems are custom-built for peak performance and long-term efficiency. Beyond the blueprints, I am deeply involved in driving our operational flow and business growth. I handle our lead generation pipeline to connect eco-conscious clients with our clean energy solutions, while simultaneously steering project management to keep our timelines seamless and transparent. As a Team Assistant, I act as the operational glue for our department, streamlining workflows, organizing documentation, and supporting my colleagues to ensure our daily momentum never loses its charge. I firmly believe that the best solar solutions require a perfect blend of technical expertise, creative design, and flawless coordination. When I'm not designing solar arrays or optimizing our team's workflows, you can find me staying ahead of the latest green tech trends, exploring new software platforms, and enjoying life in the beautiful Philippines.
