I'm a positive, solution-focused professional who leads with energy and purpose. Task-driven and motivated by results, I bring an intensive background in both construction and clean energy sales — two industries where trust, precision, and follow-through matter most. Originally from Nicaragua and raised in a carpenter family, I grew up watching my grandfather craft everything by hand in his shop next door. That foundation shaped everything I do. I came to the United States in 2000 and have spent more than two decades building expertise and relationships across the construction and energy industries. Construction Background I started in construction at age 16 as a labor assistant and worked my way up to Project Management for a premier custom home builder in Las Vegas. Every project was built entirely in-house — from helping homeowners select their land all the way through the delivery of finished luxury homes ranging from $1 million to $20 million. I also had the opportunity to manage a self-performing framing crew, giving me direct, hands-on leadership experience at every phase of the build cycle. I hold all MFA certifications in construction and carry deep working knowledge of site management, structural framing, scheduling, and quality control. When a project requires a roof replacement or any additional construction work, I step in personally — present on-site and hands-on from start to finish. Clean Energy Sales As Sales Manager at Magnetic Energy and Illinois Power Savings, my commitment is simple: give every client the clearest picture possible so they can make a truly educated decision. I don't push products — I present options, explain the incentives and savings in plain language, and let the numbers do the talking. I am especially proud to serve the Hispanic community, offering energy consultations in Spanish and ensuring language is never a barrier to accessing modern, money-saving solar solutions.
